Before this project, the backyard deck had seen better days. It felt disconnected from the rest of the yard, and getting down to the pool area wasn’t as smooth or inviting as it could be. The space lacked the structure and flow needed to truly enjoy the backyard as a place to relax or entertain.
Our Process
The transformation completely changes how the backyard is experienced. The raised patio, built with rich chestnut brown pavers, offers a warm and durable surface, while the onyx black border adds a clean, defined edge that elevates the overall look.
The wide staircase creates an easy, natural transition down to the pool, making movement feel effortless and open. Surrounding landscape beds filled with new plants bring color and texture, tying everything together into a cohesive, polished outdoor environment.
Without this upgrade, the old deck would have continued to limit how the space was used—feeling dated, less functional, and disconnected from the rest of the yard.
Now, it’s easy to picture stepping out onto the patio, heading down the wide stairs, and spending the day by the pool in a space that feels intentional, comfortable, and built for gathering.
